    This equipment is specifically designed for testing the mechanical performance and repeated opening/closing fatigue resistance of doors and windows. It has a wide range of applications and can meet the full testing requirements of architectural doors and windows made of various materials.

    01. Overview
    This equipment covers various window types, including casement doors/windows, sliding doors/windows, top-hung/center-hung/bottom-hung windows, tilt-and-turn windows, and sliding tilt-and-turn windows. The equipment can accurately perform core tests such as locking device (handle) operating force, door/window opening and closing force, cantilever end load bearing, warping and bending deformation, twisting, diagonal deformation, stay performance, opening limiter performance, forced closing, and repeated opening/closing durability with handle operation. With stable performance and precise testing, it is an ideal testing device for quality inspection departments, construction engineering testing institutions, door and window processing enterprises, and hardware accessory manufacturers for quality control, product development, and compliance acceptance.

    05. Equipment Composition

    • The equipment consists of four core parts: control unit, door/window mounting frame, deformation measurement unit, and repeated opening/closing actuation unit. Each unit works together to ensure efficient and accurate testing.
    • Control Unit:As the core control hub, it accurately applies required test loads to the door/window, sends control signals to the repeated opening/closing device for precise action control; simultaneously receives, organizes, and stores deformation signals from the deformation measurement device, ensuring complete and traceable data. The unit utilizes advanced microcomputer control technology with a modular architecture design, offering stable and reliable system operation, strong anti-interference capability, and long-term continuous operation.
    • Door/Window Mounting Frame: Mainly used for installing and fixing door/window specimens. It is integrally welded from high-quality section steel, providing high structural strength and stability, effectively preventing specimen shaking or displacement during testing, ensuring accurate test data, and accommodating quick clamping of doors/windows of various sizes.
    • Deformation Measurement Unit & Repeated Opening/Closing Actuation Unit: Under the command of the control unit, these units accurately perform repeated opening/closing actions and collect deformation data. Core components use imported cylinders and pneumatic components, offering long service life, stable and durable operation. Equipped with a uniquely designed proprietary mechanism, they can accurately complete complex handle twisting actions, replicating real-world usage scenarios—a technology currently unique in China.
    • A two-stage air source filter is configured to effectively filter moisture generated during air pump operation, significantly extending the service life of pneumatic components and reducing equipment maintenance costs.
