    01. 概要

    Recently, a team of experts from a Russian national university visited our company for exchange and discussion. The two sides held in-depth talks on technical standards for building door, window and curtain wall testing equipment, as well as customized laboratory solutions, building a new bridge for Sino-Russian scientific research exchanges in the construction field.

    02. ドア、窓、カーテンウォール試験装置シリーズ

    試験ショールームでは、当社のエンジニアが中国とロシアのバイリンガル技術マニュアルを使用して、ロシア代表団に 2 セットの機器の試験手順の完全なデモンストレーションを行いました。

    MCD Dynamic Wind Pressure Testing System for Doors and Windows – This all-in-one system can complete air permeability, water tightness, and wind load resistance tests in a single run. The equipment is equipped with U.S.-imported spray nozzles, a thickened stainless steel anti-corrosion tank, and an integrated vibration-damping structure that eliminates the need for a dedicated cast-in-place foundation – it can be operated simply by connecting to utilities. The self-developed intelligent control system automatically regulates pressure and saves test data in real time with no data loss in the event of a power outage. It can generate editable Word test reports with one click, and each unit comes with a full set of spare accessories to reduce overseas maintenance burdens.

    MQD Large-Scale Curtain Wall Testing System – This system supports automatic switching between positive and negative wind pressures. The tank features a dual-layer anti-corrosion coating and is equipped with a 2-ton electric lifting device. The system incorporates multiple self-developed patents, with 0.01mm high-precision wireless displacement sensors combined with a servo universal ball joint structure to enable 3D deformation testing of curtain walls. The spray system supports both internal and external modes to accommodate various national testing standards. The built-in software includes automatic sensor calibration functionality and can interface with university laboratory management systems.

    03. Industry-Academia Collaboration

    During the symposium, the Russian delegation proposed customization requirements based on their on-campus laboratory space and long-term research projects. Our team, using bilingual technical specification sheets, optimized the equipment piping layout, Russian-language software interface, and sensor configuration. We clearly defined the production timeline, ocean-freight anti-corrosion packaging, on-site commissioning, Russian-language hands-on training, and all other service details, successfully reaching a cooperation agreement. The Russian representatives noted that after extensive comparisons, our equipment’s adaptability to international standards, testing precision, and integrated services were the best fit for their university’s cutting-edge research needs.

    The two sides also reached a long-term industry-academia-research cooperation intention: the Russian side invited our team to give technical lectures in Russia, and we welcomed Russian faculty and students to conduct joint testing in China. Leveraging our testing equipment expertise, we aim to jointly advance the translation of research results in building energy efficiency and door/window/curtain wall safety between China and Russia.

    04. Future Development

    This collaboration marks a significant milestone in our company’s deep engagement with the Russian-speaking university market. Going forward, we will strictly manufacture and calibrate the equipment according to the customized specifications, deliver on schedule, and provide full technical support throughout the process. We will continue to optimize our testing equipment solutions that align with international standards, contributing to the advancement of global construction research through high-precision, domestically manufactured instruments.
