• This laboratory is a modern specialized testing platform for building doors and windows, designed to align with multiple national standards. It primarily conducts standardized tests for key performance metrics of exterior building doors and windows, including air permeability, water tightness, and resistance to wind pressure. The laboratory serves product development and iteration, factory quality verification, domestic and international project acceptance, and third-party authoritative testing.
• Equipped with a complete set of high-end testing instruments and a 2.5-ton dedicated gantry crane, the laboratory enables safe and smooth lifting and installation of large door and window specimens, significantly improving convenience and operational safety for large-sample testing.
• The laboratory accommodates test specimens up to 6 × 4 meters in size, covering full-scale testing requirements for large complete windows, combined doors and windows, and small curtain wall components, ensuring wide applicability and strong testing capability.

03. Applicable Standards
The laboratory’s testing capabilities fully comply with major domestic and international standards, including but not limited to GB (Chinese national standards), EN (European standards), ASTM (US standards), and AS (Australian standards). It supports standardized testing for both locally sold and export-oriented door and window products, with test data recognized for compliance in multiple countries.

04 Hardware and Software Features
Hardware: The complete system consists of a sealed pressure chamber, high-precision pressure and flow sensors, a programmable water spray system, a servo closed-loop control system, and other core components. All sensors meet full requirements for range, accuracy, and stability, with strong anti-interference capability, ensuring accurate, stable, and traceable test data.
Software: The intelligent control and measurement software includes built-in test modules for multiple national standards, supporting one-click switching between different national testing procedures without repeated parameter adjustment. The system features a Chinese-language visual interface for simple and efficient operation, as well as open parameter configuration functions, allowing flexible adjustment of pressurization, spray, cycling, and other core parameters for customized testing needs, making it suitable for both standardized testing and innovative research applications.

05 Automatic Control Features – Equipment Characteristics
1. The system automatically controls static and fluctuating pressures via computer, with real-time data acquisition and storage; data will not be lost after power failure.
2. Advanced data processing system automatically analyzes test results and promptly outputs accurate test reports.
3. Reports and raw data records are processed using Microsoft Word, allowing users to modify and customize report formats. The software includes a report format from the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Construction Engineering for reference.
4. The measurement and control software, developed by experienced testing personnel using VB/VC on Windows 95/98/2K/XP platforms, provides a flexible and user-friendly interface to control the entire testing process.
5. Open Access database management with strong compatibility, enabling seamless connection with any management software interface.
